Your personal data
Through our website, personal data are collected in various ways, such as your e-mail address, your gender, your first and last name, your address, your telephone number and possibly your company name or VAT number.
This happens, for example, when you place an order, fill in an online form or when you subscribe to our newsletter.
The personal details you enter are exclusively used by us for the processing of your orders, the processing of forms and the sending of our newsletter. We will not use your personal data for other purposes without your explicit permission.
What do we need your information for?
For providing information, a quotation or contacting us if you request us via a form on our website.
If you place an order via our webshop, we will need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details to execute your order and to keep you informed of the progress.
Account (not required)
If you create an account in our webshop, your personal details and log-in details are included. The password provided by you is stored encrypted and can never be viewed by us or third parties.
We send our newsletter on average 6 times a year to everyone who subscribes to the newsletter. You will only receive the newsletter if you have given permission for this via our website. We never send unsolicited newsletters.
If you prefer not to receive newsletters, you can click on 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the newsletter.
We believe it is important that we know what our customers think of us and our products. That is why we send an e-mail after purchase with the question for writing a review.
The payment details are stored in our administration to link to the order. Your bank details will only be used to refund any money to your account.
All your transaction data is sent encrypted via SSL security, so that your data can not be intercepted.
You can recognize this SSL connection by the "lock" in the status bar of your browser.
We never sell your data
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
We only share your address details with parties that we engage for the delivery of your order; so for the address label of postal or parcel service.
Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer.
You can set your browser so that you do not receive cookies.
Through our website a cookie is placed from the American company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
The information that Google collects is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google maintains the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
If you prefer to block the Analytics script completely, you can download an opt-out plug-in for Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. With this plugin your visit no longer counts in the statistics of all websites using Google Analytics.
